At Midland-Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Return Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, labels, manuals, and documentation.
Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Because we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, no outbound shipping fee is charged to customers.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, Midland-Clothing will provide or reimburse the return shipping cost after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Change of mind
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email support@midland-clothing.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
You will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Restocking Fees
Midland-Clothing does not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item.
- Photos of the shipping packaging if it arrived damaged.
Failure to report shipping damage or incorrect items within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Inspection & Refund Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing accessories, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery.
Lost or Refused Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Midland-Clothing is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
Working directly with our customer service team is usually the fastest way to resolve any concerns.
